Project Brief
Onboarding design flow for the Altshuler Shaham Trade app that enables users to open an account through a simple and fast process, suitable for both new and experienced investors.
The project faced a tight timeline, complex steps, and sensitive data collection, all within strict regulations.

Final Design & UX
We divided the process it into shorter, manageable steps thatprovided users with a sense of achievement upon completion as we encouraged them with positive reinforcements.
Harder questions were placed at the end using the Foot-in-the-Door Technique: starting with simple tasks builds commitment, increasing the chance users complete tougher steps like sharing financial data.
We used a one-question-at-a-time approach (Progressive Disclosure) to reduce cognitive load and prevent overwhelm—making the process feel easier and boosting completion rates.
To build trust and reduce user hesitation, we applied the Transparency Effect by clearly explaining why we asked for sensitive information—helping users feel more in control and increasing completion rates.

Colors and Font
The design features a modern, fun dark mode with vibrant green accents to highlight innovation. Clear, professional typography and gradient icons create a dynamic yet polished feel.
